5. Partner Pharmacies

PremierU may work with licensed partner pharmacies to fulfill prescriptions prescribed by PremierU providers.

Partner pharmacies operate independently and are responsible for the dispensing of medications in accordance with applicable pharmacy laws and regulations.

Patients may choose an alternative pharmacy when appropriate.

6. Payment and Billing

Patients are responsible for payment of services at the time services are rendered unless otherwise specified.

PremierU may utilize third-party payment processors to process transactions securely.

Patients agree to provide accurate billing and payment information when purchasing services or products.
