Jordan Kimler, NP
Nurse Practitioner
Jordan Kimler is a certified Nurse Practitioner who provides comprehensive and holistic care to her patients. Jordan has over 15 years of experience working in the medical field specializing in Primary Care, Hormone Optimization, and Weight Management.
Having Lost over 50 lbs herself on our weight loss program, Jordan is a testament to the power of these weight loss medications. This has made her passionate about helping people become a PREMIER version of themselves. Her mission is to see women and men transformed from EXHAUSTED to EMPOWERED!
Shannon Capriglione, FNP-C
Nurse Practitioner
Shannon is a certified Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience caring for patients from a variety of backgrounds. Her care is largely driven by compassion and empathy, which enables her to truly connect with patients from all walks of life. As a wife and mother of three, she understands the important role that physical and mental health play in raising a family, pursuing a career, and realizing personal fulfillment.
At PremierU, she has had the opportunity to help hundreds of patients attain lasting weight loss through the combination of Medical Weight Loss Medications along with lifestyle and nutritional modifications. Additionally, her extensive training in hormone optimization, through the American Academy of Anti-aging Medicine, has given her the expertise to help countless patients reverse the unwanted consequences of hormonal changes as we age. She loves seeing patients transform there lives from feeling lethargic and run down to feeling vibrant and alive through lifestyle optimization and weight loss.

Dr. Tana Settle, MD
Medical Doctor
Dr. Tana Settle is a board-certified medical doctor with over 30 years of medical expertise. Dr. Settle attended Oklahoma State University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry. She went on to obtain her medical degree from University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in 1991. Following medical school, she completed her residency in Pediatrics, became board certified, and went on to run a very successful pediatrics practice.
In 2005, Dr. Settle returned to residency to advance and broaden her education, completing a residency in Anesthesiology at St. Louis University School of Medicine. Following her anesthesia residency, Dr. Settle remained in St. Louis, MO and as a board certified Anesthesiologist has provided anesthesia services for multiple disciplines, as well as helping to grow a very successful medical weight loss clinic. Dr. Settle’s diverse and impressive background allow her to comprehensively evaluate patients and their individual needs. She uses her experience to develop treatment plans for patients who present with a wide variety of unique issues. Her areas of expertise include: chronic disease and condition management, pain medicine and pain management, medical weight loss, nutrition, and holistic medical care.
A recent empty-nester, Dr. Settle looks forward to spending more time with her husband (they met over a cadaver in medical school). They share two very energetic rescue dogs. She enjoys traveling, cooking, and reading. She is an avid swimmer and impresses friends and family with her ability to plank while on a paddle board with a dog.
Brandon Williams, DC, PA-C
Physician Assistant
One look at Brandon and you will see that he lives the Premier U lifestyle with his nutrition regimen, dynamic workouts, and resilient mindset. Brandon’s passion is to help his patients look good, feel better, and to live their premier lifestyle.
Dr. Brandon Williams is originally from Murray, KY, where he attended Murray State University. He went on to attend Logan University and graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Science degree and as class valedictorian for his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2009. After graduation, he practiced chiropractic in Swansea, IL.
During that time, he also participated in published research studies with Washington University School of Medicine in the fields of pharmacogenomics and orthopedics research, specifically with the hip and knee reconstruction team.
After several years in practice and field research, Dr. Williams continued his education at Saint Louis University, gradating with honors in 2013 with his Master of Medical Science degree as a physician assistant. He was also selected for inclusion into the Pi Alpha National Honor Society. Since that time, he has worked in neurosurgery at St. Luke’s Hospital in Chesterfield, MO. With this diverse background and years of experience, he has cultivated extensive knowledge in the practice of medicine and established his reputation for the compassionate and excellent care of patients.
In his spare time, Brandon enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. His hobbies include exercising, playing the drums and guitar, spending time outdoors, and riding his motorcycle.

Destiny Petrowich, PA-C
Physician Assistant
Destiny Petrowich is a board-certified physician assistant providing care at our Marion, IL location. Destiny attended Southeast Missouri State University where she graduated summa cum laude in biomedical sciences and chemistry. She then went on to attend Southern Illinois University School of Medicine’s PA program where she was honored as a Pi Alpha Inductee, an organization that recognizes and promotes exception PA students and graduates.
Destiny originally practiced family medicine and recognized that her passion was preventative and regenerative medicine. She began to alter the focus of her career to providing more time to each patient in order to offer individualized wellness. She now specializes in functional medicine and is dedicated to helping find the root cause of patient’s symptoms instead of masking symptoms with medications. She advocates for patients to take control of their health through her support and guidance. Destiny helps to optimize health through hormone replacement therapy, obesity treatment, and thyroid management. Throughout her career, she has been recognized in the community as a top-voted medical provider due to her compassion and dedication to her patients.
Destiny lives what she teaches, personally losing 50 pounds through PremierU’s weight loss program. She offers real-life guidance and prioritizes making patients feel heard and comfortable while under her care. She advocates for patients to be actively involved in their treatment plans and is dedicated to offering the highest level of care to PremierU.
DeeEllen White, RN, BSN
Office Manager
DeeEllen White is a Marion, IL native who received her Associate Degree in Nursing from John A. Logan College in 2005 and her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from McKendree College in 2007. DeeEllen has over 20 years of nursing experience ranging from critical care to holistic wellness. She is devoted to helping people achieve their health and wellness goals so they can live their PREMIER life.
PremierU has helped DeeEllen achieve her own personal weight loss and health goals, as she has lost 50 pounds through weight loss medications, hormone optimization and thyroid management. This has made her passionate about helping people become the best version of themselves through PremierU’s variety of services.
In her spare time, DeeEllen enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. Her hobbies include reading, camping, boating, and playing with her kids.
Ashley C.
Medical Assistant
Ashley has over 18 years of experience as a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) working in both surgery and family practice. Her favorite part of being a CCMA is developing relationships with her patients and watching their health and wellness improve.
Ashley became a native of Southern Illinois in 2013 after moving from Chicago and appreciates her small-town country pace. She enjoys listening to music, going to concerts, and fishing. Her favorite place to be is with her husband and three children doing outdoor activities or attending church at Whiteash Freewill Baptist.
Through the guidance of PremierU, Ashley has lost over 40 pounds since October of 2023. She has incorporated weekly injections of tirzepatide along with hormone replacement therapy, Lipo-MICC, IV infusion therapy, and MitoCORE. She looks forward to being able to provide patients with her weight-loss expertise and states that she hopes to help change lives as PremierU has changed hers.

Medical Assistant
Ashley has worked in the healthcare field since 2019 and states that she loves working in medicine due to every day being a new learning opportunity. You will find Ashley at the right hand of our provider, Destiny, helping our patients begin their journey with PremierU. She enjoys being able to be directly involved in patient care by spending time with each patient one-on-one providing their patient education. Having lost 60 pounds herself, Ashley is a testament to the power of these weight loss medications. She also incorporated Lipo-MICC, MitoCore, and IV infusion therapy into her treatment plan.
In her free time, Ashley likes to channel her creativity by crafting and makes sure to prioritize spending time with her family, friends, and cats.
Megan
Medical Assistant
Megan is a Marion, IL native who has over 9 years of experience working in the medical field. She obtained her CNA license in 2015 from John A. Logan and has worked in family practice for the majority of her career. Since starting as a medical assistant at PremierU, she has learned tremendous amounts about functional medicine, weight loss therapy, and hormone therapy. You can expect to see Megan in the office managing IV infusions, pain treatments, lab draws, and weight loss follow-ups. Having 8 years of phlebotomy experience, she is confident to get even the hardest lab “poke.” Megan is currently on her weight loss journey with PremierU and has lost 25 pounds since starting treatment. In her free time, she enjoys waterfowl hunting, spending time with her family and two dogs, and fishing. Megan enjoys developing relationships with her patients at their routine follow-ups and is dedicated to giving patient’s the best care to achieve their weight loss goals.
Autum
Marketing Manager
Autum is the marketing manager at PremierU. She has managed her marketing company since 2018 and loves helping clients with their social media accounts and websites. Since beginning with PremierU, she focuses on creating online advertisements, content development, and spreading information about PremierU to Southern Illinois. Outside of the marketing realm, she also assists inside the office with reception tasks and loves having the opportunity to help patients directly. Working with PremierU has taught her a lot about medicine and she enjoys seeing patient’s lives changed through her interactions with them both on social media and within the clinic.
Melody M.
Receptionist
Melody is our receptionist here at PremierU of Marion. She greets every patient with her welcoming smile as soon as they walk in the door. She loves to help our patients in any way she can, whether it be scheduling new patients for their consultations, answering their questions or scheduling them for their follow up appointments.
Melody is DuQuion native that comes with 5 years of medical office experience and many years of administrative experience prior to that. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and grandkids. She also enjoys running with her golden doodle, Jozie.
